Our Services
Everyone’s reintegration journey is different. We tailor our support to meet individual needs, focusing first on stability - then on growth. We work with people before and after release to ensure no one falls through the cracks.
Reintegration Support
Leaving prison can be overwhelming. We help make it manageable. Our reintegration team supports people with:
- Finding housing and navigating tenancy
- Getting ID, bank accounts and income support
- Building life skills - budgeting, communication, routines
- Accessing healthcare and mental health services
We also work with individuals before release to create transition plans and connect with whānau and community early.
Wellbeing & Advocacy
We know that true reintegration includes wellbeing. Many people leaving prison face trauma, grief or mental health challenges. We connect them to the right help and advocate for fair treatment in the systems they navigate. We offer:
- Referrals to health and counselling services
- Advocacy with MSD, housing and legal agencies
- Crisis support and follow-up care
- Culturally grounded mentoring
Whānau Support
Families often need support too. We help whānau rebuild trust, communicate openly and find their new rhythm together. Our whānau support includes:
- One-on-one guidance for family members
- Group sessions for shared experiences
- Resources for managing expectations and boundaries
- Culturally safe spaces for reconnection
